Meet your teacher

Maybe you’re losing your mind in order to find your soul.

Hi! I’m Hollie, the owner of Soul Services Yoga. My goal is to help others find contentment in life through kundalini yoga. My practices are designed to help students have “productive freak outs” — meaning, we train our brains and bodies to respond to stress signals in useful ways. This is achieved by intentionally facing discomfort on the mat so that you can better deal with all the stuff life throws at you.

So what makes me qualified? I’ve been a spiritual intuitive my entire life, completed a 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training through Yoga Farm Ithaca, as well as Reiki Levels 1 & 2 trainings.

Based in Richmond, VA, I’m available for in-person and virtual classes.
