In the yogic tradition, your intentional daily practice is called a sadhana—a discipline performed with a specific desired outcome. Sadhanas are typically practiced for 40, 90, or 1,000 days, allowing time for real and lasting change. By committing to your practice, you cultivate discipline, express devotion, and actively participate in transforming your life.

Your Practice Delivered

Within 1–2 weeks, you’ll receive your personalized practice as a digital download. Your sadhana can be done in whatever way feels most supportive—whether as a formal ritual or quietly at home in your pajamas. The most important part is simply showing up each day and committing to your intention.
